【摘要】 目的：探讨超声内镜联合MRI扫描在胃癌术前分期中的临床价值。方法：选取2014年5月-2015年8月经手术组织病理证实的胃癌患者31例，术前均行超声内镜与MRI联合检查并判定TN分期，以组织病理TN分期为金标准，比较术前超声内镜与MRI联合判定的TN分期与金标准的一致性。结果：与组织病理TN分期结果比较，超声内镜联合MRI判定T、N分期的符合率均为80.6%，两者的结果具有一致性（Kappa=0.65，P中国论文
